INVOICES AND ESTIMATES
Custom and Haute Couture projects must be accepted within 48 hours of receiving design drafts, if we do not hear from you, we will discard your order immediately. If you contact us about your custom & HC request after 48 hours of receiving the design files, there will be a designer's fee associated with your total cost of the project. Your date for completion may also change, so please keep this in mind! During the construction process, designer has the right to change any details such as, but not limited to closures.
In order to process the accepted project, a non-refundable deposit will need to be made immediately. Clients will receive an invoice for their order and by making a non-refundable deposit, client is voluntarily agreeing to all terms and policies on this site. The remaining balance must be paid off before we ship your item(s).
BYURI.co will only create custom fabrics for HC orders and only as requested. Note that custom fabrics are different than fabrics one can get at the store, therefore the prices are usually higher. BYURI uses a third party service for fabrics, we are not responsible for any late custom fabric arrival. We will contact you asap if there are problems regarding your textile order.
We advise customers to ask all the questions & plan their purchases ahead of time, knowing that orders may take at least 4-6 weeks before being shipped out.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
Before you place an order, please refer to your professional measurements to help guide you with fit. BYURI ready-to-wear clothes are made to order and therefore you can request a custom adjustment to the design such as adding more ease to the design, longer hem or shortening the length. Fees may or may not apply to customer's fit adjustment request.
HOW DO I GET MEASUREMENTS?
BYURI.co knows that those who do not take the time to measure often wind up with the wrong size garments. Please make sure to always measure carefully to ensure that you receive the right size. For best results, consult with a professional seamstress or tailor to get your accurate measurements. All couture orders are measured by designer, therefore meetings are required. Designer will travel for haute couture orders only.
**These are the basic measurements that will help you choose your size.
For bust size measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them.
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape, typically at the belly button.
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length
* Keep the tape/string comfortably loose.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE FOR ANLKETS?
Anklets should hang just below your ankle bone. To determine the correct size, you need to measure with a non-stretchy string or tape measure below your ankle bone. If you held the measuring device snug, then add 7mm-14mm (1/4” - 1/2"), depending on how loose you want your anklet. Therefore, if your ankle measures 21.6cm (8½"), you will want an anklet size 22cm-23cm (8¾” - 9"). If you’re unsure about your result, you can use a flexible, non-stretchy string or cord on your ankle about where you want your anklet to lay. Then mark or cut the cord exactly where it meets and measure the resulting length.

WHEN DO NEW ITEMS ARRIVE?
All items from THE HOUSE collection are designed and handmade by in-house designer Yuri. All items in THE YELLOW WARDROBE are sourced from all over the world so size for each brand may vary. Each month, there will be at least 3 new clothing designs, but not garuanteed; creating the season's collection. Accessories and jewelry are updated once a month, sometimes more than that depending on season, how busy the shop is and occasions etc.
New arrivals for The Yellow Wardrobe is every two weeks after the pre-order period. Time may vary depending on inventory.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM AND HAUTE COUTURE?
Ready-to-wear and made to order items cannot be changed unless requested for a small fee and approved by designer. These designs can only have fit adjustments, for instance, if you have arms that are more muscular than the average person and require additional fabric, you may email designer with the item number along with your detailed message. If fit adjustments are not required, you will receive the garment in the standard BYURI size. If you are a plus size lady and there are designs which you do not see the options for plus size, you must email designer and request a plus size adjustment. Keep in mind, this will change the price slightly due to addiontal materials necessary to complete garment.
Custom is less expensive compared to HC. All items are still handmade excluding trims and details. Sewing techniques are hand or machine and will vary.
Haute Couture is the most expensive service and sewing techniques will be by hand and rarely by machine. All items including trims and details are handmade and original. No design is ever repeated. We only use high quality fabrics or if requested, fabrics will be handmade & original.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online- major credit cards through Pay-Pal, Facebook & Google Wallet and Stripe. Instore- cash & credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks.
Please keep in mind, due to our free shipping policy, BYURI.co only uses the local USPS service to deliver all goods to the 50 states and provinces & worldwide. For couture orders, BYURI.co may use services such as Fedex and UPS to get client's order to destination faster. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with your local postal offices for further information in regards to rates and fees. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
BYURI.co cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We offer a complimentary FREE domestic shipping rate for domestic and international orders; you will be responsible for additional charges such as customs clearance, fees, taxes and/or additional requested insurance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please be advise that we cannot control the delivery and clearance process. We do not offer a refund or a replacement once a package is held up by customs- the package must go through the course. In some instances but not all- it may result in the buyer paying a customs duty fee. We advise you to bring your tracking number to your local post office as they may be able to help you track the package. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?
All made to order, custom and haute orders take at least 4-6 weeks to complete. Please plan your orders accordingly.
The Yellow Wardrobe items will take 1-3 business days to process and shipping may vary from 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Pre-Orders will be shipped out 1-2 weeks after purchase date.
We are closed Saturdays/Sundays, including holidays, so we don't ship on those days nor PROCESS ANY new orders.
Domestic & international orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday thru Friday).
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days & international orders may take between 2 -12 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
BYURI is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit process. Please check with your local postal service if you have any questions.

CAN I GET INSURANCE?
Orders over $100.00 are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping company. All orders that are under $100.00 are not gauranteed insured, but can be for an additional fee when requested. If you feel your package was mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc. by the 3rd party shipping company, please contact us immediately for further assistance. Your cooperation is required to get a resolution. PLEASE NOTE: BYURI does not offer refunds for items that have been mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc. by the shipping company.
All of our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If for any reason- you received an item which you deem incorrect or defective please notify us within fourteen (14) days of the items delivery date and we will gladly exchange your order for a correct or non-faulty item. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its' time of shipment. Merchandise damaged during or after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for a refund or exchange. BYURI is not responsible for damaged, missing or stolen merchandise.
If you receive incorrect or faulty merchandise, please contact us via email by downloading and filling out the required return & exchange form. You must include the order number on the subject line, attach photos of the incorrect or faulty merchandise, and required form to email@example.com back to us so we can open a case for your specific request. Once we receive your email, a team member will contact you to process your request. Processing procedure and evaluation of claims will be at our discretion. Once the legitimacy of your concerns are confirmed by our team, your request will be processed and remedied ASAP. In returning incorrect or faulty merchandise, all of the standard rules of our Return/Exchange Policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any time. In the event that your original order is no longer in stock, you may receive a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item. Since all situations vary, our team will make efforts to accommodate your specific needs as much as possible.
