RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

***All items on this site under THE HOUSE are made to order, therefore restrictions on returns & exchanges may apply.  Please read all descriptions before purchasing.  Made-To-Order & couture items may take at least 4-6 weeks to complete before shipping.  Please plan your orders accordingly! 

If you need your order to be completed in less time, an "immediate" request can be made via email prior to purchase. Remember, additional charges may apply and requests can be sent to info@byuri.co

Custom/Haute Couture/Made-to-Order

For custom and haute couture orders, you have 60 days from the delivered date to get alterations done if needed, after 60 days, alterations will come with a fee.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom & haute couture orders, we are not allowed to accept returns & exchanges.  If client chooses to cancel their custom & haute couture order after the 24hr acceptance grace period (when customer approves of designs, materials and due date), the non-refundable deposit will not be returned and you may be charged with additional taxes/fees.  We will inform you on all charges via email before charging your credit card or form of payment.

 

The Yellow Wardrobe

RTW (ready-to-wear) 

Due to the low prices and constant change of styles in our wardrobe, we will only accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delievered date and customer must contact us within 3 business days from delivered date.  All items must be in its original package, unopened, unused to be eligible for an exchange or return for a full refund.  If returned items are not in the original condition it was sent to you or we were not contacted within 3 business days of your delivered date, we will not accept the request and will immediately dismiss your case.  

We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if we sent the wrong item to you.  If you, the customer made a wrong order, you are fully liable and responsible for all fees that may apply when returning item(s) to us.  Please complete downloaded form and upload it here (dropbox - bottom of page) or email it to returnandexchange@byuri.co and send your item to:

Return & Exchange for Contact Lenses

If you are not happy or change your mind with what you bought, we will gladly offer a hassle-free, full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, all items must be returned in original, unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us via email returnandexchange@byuri.co to process a refund or exchange. All un-authorized returns will not be processed.  

What if the product is defected?

We take pride in providing only proven, quality products to our customers. Should you receive a defective pair of lenses, or suspect your purchase may be defective due to discomfort, or visible defects; discontinue use immediately. For circle lenses, please ensure the lenses were put on properly, and contact us if you are still experiencing any issues. If the product is deemed defective, we will gladly ship a replacement to you, free of charge.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or replacement of any products, if we have reasons to believe the defective claim to be fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

 

Pre-Orders

We try to give our clients first look on new items via online before it hits the shelf.  Pre-order items can be purchased online. All items may take as long as 2-6 weeks before shipment.  Customers have the choice to have item shipped or picked up at store. 

(No shipping charges for orders being picked up at the shop.)

To thank our awesome pre-order customers for their patience and support, we are providing a complimentary discount of 10%, USE code PRE10 at checkout.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

ALL ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES, PROMOS, PRE-ORDERS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL.  SORRY, AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift certificates/gift cards do not have an expiration date and are non-returnable items.

Domestic: $7.80 3-5 business days

International: $25.80 11-20 business days

SAVE money on domestic shipping when you spend $50.00 or more! USE CODE FREE1850 at checkout.  All orders of $75.00+ include tracking and insurance of the order's value.  Any order below $75.00, domestic or international may or may not include insurance or tracking number, unless requested by customer.

To keep costs of our inventory low for our customers, clients are responsible for paying return shipping costs. 

 

How Long Will it Take to get my Exchanged Items?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.  It also depends when you sent the order to us

If you are shipping an order with a value of $75.00 or more, we suggest using a tracking service or purchase additonal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
