Please keep in mind, due to our free shipping policy, only uses the local USPS service to deliver all goods to the 50 states and provinces & worldwide.  For couture orders, may use services such as Fedex and UPS to get client's order to destination faster.  International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with your local postal offices for further information regarding rates and fees. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We offer a complimentary  domestic shipping rate for domestic orders of $7.80 and international orders of $25.80; you will be responsible for additional charges such as customs clearance, fees, taxes and/or additional requested insurance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please be advise that we cannot control the delivery and clearance process. We do not offer a refund or a replacement once a package is held up by customs- the package must go through the course. In some instances, but not all- it may result in the buyer paying a customs duty fee. We advise you to bring your tracking number to your local post office as they may be able to help you track the package. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.



All made to order, custom and haute orders will be shipped after 4-6 weeks from date ordered. Please plan your orders accordingly. 

Pre-Orders will be shipped out 1-2 weeks after purchased date.  


We are closed Saturdays/Sundays, including holidays, so we don't ship on those days nor PROCESS ANY new orders.

Domestic & international orders of ready to wear products are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday thru Friday).

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days & international orders may take between 3 -12 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit process. Orders over $75.00 are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping company.  All orders that are under $75.00 are not insured, but can be for an additional fee when requested.  If you feel your package was mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc. by the 3rd party shipping company, please contact us immediately for further assistance. Your cooperation is required to get a resolution. PLEASE NOTE: & The Yellow Wardrobe does not offer refunds for items that have been mishandled, lost, missing, damaged etc. by the shipping company.


All of our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If for any reason- you received an item which you deem incorrect or defective please notify us within three (3) days of the items delivery date, shipped back to us with a tracking number within 14 business days and we will gladly exchange your order for a correct or non-faulty item. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its' time of shipment.   Merchandise damaged during or after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for a refund nor exchange. & The Yellow Wardrobe is not responsible for damaged, missing or stolen merchandise.
